Return & Warranty Policy
The return policy is applied transparently to protect customers’ rights during the purchasing process and when using plastic injection molding services at Kim Huan Plastic Company.
1. Cases Eligible for Return/Exchange
Customers have the right to request a return or exchange the goods in the following situations:
– The delivered product does not match the model, specifications, or requirements stated in the order.
– The product has technical defects or issues arising from the manufacturing process at Kim Huan’s injection molding factory.
For claim submit, customers are required to provide photos or videos as evidence and send them to the Customer Service department via hotline 0938 911 650.
2. Conditions for Return/Exchange
To ensure fairness and transparency, products eligible for return or exchange must meet the following conditions:
- – Remain in their original condition as delivered.
- – Retain all labels and seals (if any).
- – Show no signs of intentional damage or external interference.
- Products that have been used or damaged due to customer-related causes will not be eligible for return or exchange.
3.Valid time and place for Return/Exchange
Notification period for returns/exchanges: within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Return period: up to 30 days from the date of receiving the product.

– You may bring the product directly to Kim Huan Plastic Company – Phu Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
– Or send it via a shipping carrier to the address provided by the Customer Service department.
