1. Purchasing Policy
Customers can place orders directly on the website or contact us via hotline/email for consultation.
All orders are only confirmed once customers have provided complete delivery information and selected a payment method. Our staff will contact customers to confirm the order.
Product prices are clearly listed on the website and include VAT.
2. Shipping & Delivery Policy
We provide nationwide delivery through our partner shipping providers.
Delivery Time:
Khu vực TP.HCM: từ 1–3 ngày làm việc.

Miễn phí vận chuyển cho đơn hàng từ 50 sản phẩm trở lên (nội thành); 100 Sản Phẩm (các tỉnh thành khác).
Đối với đơn hàng nhỏ hơn, phí vận chuyển sẽ do khách hàng chi trả (theo biểu phí của đơn vị vận chuyển).
3. Ho Chi Minh City area: 1–3 working days.
Other provinces/cities: 3–7 working days depending on location
Return period: up to 30 days from the date of receiving the product.

You may bring the product directly to Kim Huan Plastic Company – Phu Thanh Ward. Ho Chi Minh City.
– Or send it via a shipping carrier to the address provided by the Customer Service department.

– Chuyển khoản ngân hàng.
– Thanh toán khi nhận hàng (COD).
Với các đơn hàng lớn, công ty có thể yêu cầu đặt cọc trước 30–50% giá trị đơn hàng.
